T H Smith Construction is a family run construction company established in 2004. We are based in Surrey, in the South East of England, and operate throughout London and the South East. We are happy to consider any project outside this area, and have completed projects as far afield as Cornwall and Switzerland.

We pride ourselves on operating as a highly skilled team, with the ability to complete most work in house, relying on trusted certified plumbers, heating engineers and electricians where necessary.

We are a registered NHBC building company.
