We work very closely with our clients to design, build or enhance their dream home. We tailor make our service so that each client has exactly the level of service and involvement that they require. Some ask that we manage the entire process, from the purchase of the land or property right through to completion of the finishing touches. Others prefer to give us a detailed specification so that we can work to their precise requirements.

From the moment you first decide to buy a plot of land to build your ideal family home, or decide to refit your bathroom and turn your garage into a fully equipped gym and sauna, we can advise you on how best to go about it.
We work closely with a number of architects, planning consultants, structural engineers and other professionals who expertly assist throughout the process. Once any necessary planning approvals have been granted, we can provide a free budget estimate to give an initial idea of the costs involved. When the structural drawings are available, we will liaise with you, and prepare a detailed specification from which a comprehensive estimate can be compiled.
Once figures are finalized and specification agreed, we can project manage the entire process, from the demolition or excavation and construction stages, through to the interior design and completion of the finishing touches.
All estimates are free, and project management is included within the contract sum, unless we are acting solely as project managers. Professional services such as architects, engineers and planning consultants will be engaged and charged accordingly.
Clients choosing this option do so in the knowledge that their building work is being expertly carried out to their specification, while they relax and focus on other matters. Our current and previous customers will be happy to provide references.
